Pricing depends on the scope of services, the size of your business, and what you're trying to achieve. We don't have fixed packages because every business is different — a single-doctor clinic has very different needs from a 10-branch coaching institute. Most of our marketing retainers run on 3-month minimum commitments, because that's the realistic timeline to see meaningful results from campaigns, SEO, and social media. Website and SaaS projects are scoped per project. We don't lock you into long contracts — if results aren't coming, we'd rather fix the strategy than hold you to a contract.
Absolutely — most clients start with a single service. Some start with social media management, others with performance ads, others with just a website build. Our growth path framework helps you decide where to start based on your current situation, and you can add services as you see results.
We typically recommend a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹15,000–₹20,000 to run a structured campaign with enough data to optimise. Below that, results are too slow to be meaningful. Our management fee is separate from your ad spend, which goes directly to Meta or Google.
You pay Meta and Google directly through your own ad accounts. We manage the campaigns on your behalf — strategy, creatives, targeting, optimisation, and reporting. This keeps things transparent: you always see exactly where your money is going.

Yes — when done through the official WhatsApp Business API. We only use authorised API providers who comply with Meta's policies. Bulk unsolicited messaging (spam) is not allowed and we don't do it. Our flows are triggered by inbound messages from people who've contacted you first.
The free WhatsApp Business App lets you reply manually and set up basic quick replies and away messages. It has no automation, no CRM integration, and only one device login. The API unlocks full automation, multi-agent shared inbox, CRM integration, broadcast messaging to opted-in contacts, and chatbot flows. The API requires a monthly fee through a provider.
Yes. We can build flows in Hindi, English, or any regional language. For multilingual businesses, the bot can detect the language the customer is writing in and respond accordingly.

It handles student admissions, fee collection and tracking, attendance, parent communication, exam results, and generates reports — all from one dashboard accessible on any device. It was originally built for Quantum Education and has since been deployed at multiple institutes.
The HMS is built for clinics, multi-speciality hospitals, diagnostic centres, and nursing homes. It covers appointment booking and reminders, digital patient records, doctor scheduling, billing and receipts, lab report management, and automated WhatsApp notifications for patients. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, and disconnected software with a single system.
Yes. Both systems use encrypted data storage, role-based access controls (so a receptionist can't access clinical notes, for example), and regular automated backups. Data is hosted on secure cloud servers. We can walk you through the security architecture in detail during a demo.
Yes — we configure both systems specifically for your facility before go-live. A 2-doctor clinic has different workflows from a 20-bed hospital. During onboarding, we map your current processes and configure the system accordingly. Customisation beyond the standard configuration is scoped separately.
For a standard deployment, typically 1–2 weeks from onboarding to go-live. This includes system configuration, data migration if needed, staff training, and a test run. More complex setups (multiple branches, legacy data migration) take 3–4 weeks.

We flag it before you do. Our reporting is weekly and transparent — if something isn't working, we tell you why and what we're changing.
